The journey began in 2001 when the owner Tim started training to be an Appliance Service Technician. In Canada, this is a Red Seal Journeyman trade that is regulated. Though each province is different, Alberta offers the best industry standards in the country. After completing training and receiving certification,  Tim's first business was established in 2005 in Edmonton, Alberta.

 

Since then, we have grown in size and experience. We have worked on every brand, every appliance and for every company in this industry. Tim has been formally trained by many manufacturers and obtained certificates of completion.
